Diana Bere is a dedicated professional with a passion for volunteerism, education and community engagement. Since 2015, she has served as the Volunteer Manager at the Transilvania International Film Festival, where she coordinates a dynamic team of approximately 450 volunteers each edition.
Beyond her festival commitments, Bere plays a pivotal role in the development and coordination of programs and projects at Pro Vobis - National Resource Centre for Volunteering throughout the year. Her multifaceted responsibilities include crafting studies, creating volunteering resources, and producing manuals, guides, and tools for effective volunteer management. Additionally, she takes charge of developing impactful communication materials.
As a seasoned trainer at Pro Vobis since 2017 and a valued member of the Erasmus+ trainers network since 2020, Bere leverages her extensive knowledge and hands-on experience
to empower others. In her role as a trainer and facilitator, she actively contributes to the growth of organizations by sharing insights and providing support in the development of their own volunteering programs.
