Alexandra M. Dunn

Alexandra M. Dunn is a PhD student in the Organizational Science program at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is also co-enrolled in the Industrial Organizational Master’s program at UNC Charlotte and is expected to complete her studies in 2015. Before she came to UNC Charlotte, Dunn completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology with minors in neuroscience and business administration at Elon University in 2011. Recently, Dunn was awarded the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship (NSF GRFP). Dunn’s research interests include ambiguity reduction in After Action Reviews, the interactive effects of personality on performance, the consequences of boredom at work, and how to improve the effectiveness of meetings.
