Erica Letourneau holds an MFA in Writing and Literature from Bennington College and teaches critical thinking and composition courses at the University of Phoenix. She has volunteered in many capacities over the years, from helping run the childcare floor at a family education center to popping popcorn for the PTA to co-stewarding the Little Free Library at her church. She currently serves on the board of directors for Hearts for Kindness, an organization in the capital region of New Hampshire using acts of kindness and financial assistance to spread community and hope.
