Mioshi Moses, Esq. is the Vice President of Volunteer Programs at AARP Foundation, where she oversees diverse initiatives including AARP Foundation Tax-Aide and AARP Foundation Experience Corps. Moses’ team mobilizes and engages over 27,000 older adult volunteers dedicated to fulfilling the Foundation’s vision of ending senior poverty. Her professional journey is marked by a dedication to empowering individuals and communities through service, education, and workforce solutions.

With a background spanning corporate and nonprofit sectors, Moses previously served as the Executive Director of Genesys Works National Capital Region, a national workforce development social enterprise providing work opportunities to high school students in underserved communities. She has held leadership and consulting roles at Children’s National Health System, Leadership Greater Washington, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Ernst & Young. Her expertise lies in organizational growth, strategic planning, and partnership development.

Moses’ commitment to service extends beyond her professional roles. She currently serves on the National Council on Aging’s Modernizing Senior Centers Resource Center Advisory Committee, contributing to policy initiatives for older adults.

A trained attorney specializing in tax law, Moses holds a JD from the George Washington University and a BA in economics from Spelman College.
