Paige Porter is the Executive Director of reDirect, where she has served in various roles since 2021. Her background in environmental psychology encompasses research on neighborhood climate resilience as well as the effects of the indoor built environment on human health and well-being. She was first introduced to reDirect's SEE framework as an undergraduate student and went on to incorporate it into her graduate research at the University of Michigan's School for Environment and Sustainability. In her role with reDirect, Porter is inspired by the various ways that their grant partners apply and leverage the framework to address their most pressing challenges, as well as the needs of their communities.
