Lachlan Preston is an experienced leader of impactful volunteer, education and community development programs. Preston is Manager of Volunteering and Program Impact at the Australian educational charity known as Ardoch, and has previously worked for the Cathy Freeman Foundation managing educational programs in remote Aboriginal communities. He was a co-leader of the Macnamara for Yes campaign, which involved over 1,000 volunteers and achieved one of the highest “Yes” votes in the country. Preston currently volunteers as a Group Leader with Fitzroy Scout Group, is a director of the Victorian Scout Foundation and is a mentor in the Volunteering Victoria Mentoring Program.
