She has a multi-faceted background in communications and marketing for nonprofits and businesses, as well as an earlier career in architecture design. With reDirect, she enjoys discovering and illuminating how the SEE framework applies to many dimensions of life. In her free time, Schad loves to garden, explore new places and dabble in various art projects.
