Your article deals with the issue of volunteers working with a very vulnerable population...directly. I on the other hand am working in an office where our volunteers staff a telephone information and referral service, do data entry and assist in a variety of other clerical and resource gathering and verifying tasks.Doesn't this make a differnce in the seeking and gathering of volunteers as well the way in which we interview and the qualities which we seek?
