Richard M. Clerkin is a Professor in the Department of Public Administration in the School of Public and International Affairs at NC State University. He holds a PhD in Public Affairs from Indiana University and an MPA from the University of Delaware. His research broadly focuses on why people voluntarily contribute to the public good.
